Everybody's A Bit Irish This Week!
We're baking up some amazing Irish traditions, starting with our Irish Soda Bread! Whole-wheat, loaded with raisins and a bit of buttermilk to add some zip!
If you're planning an Irish dinner, how about our Stillwater Rye (a dark rye with molasses), or our lighter Deli Rye (with caraway). Both breads make the best Reuben sandwiches ever!
This week, we're also making our Bacon, Beer & Cheddar Bread. It's a whole-grain, with double-smoked bacon from Brine's, and instead of water, we use Lift Bridge Brewery's Chestnut Ale. Amazing flavor!
